There have been a lot of new restaurant openings lately, and while I've made my way over to some of the newcomers, there are plenty of others I'd still like to try. Here's a list of the ones I hope to get to this year.
Bondir
Casa B
Kika Tapas
Sweet Cheeks
Sam's at Louis
Temazcal
Trade
Wahlburgers
And here are some not-so-new restaurants I've never tried and would love to go to...
Craigie on Main (I have had drinks here but not food)
Mamma Maria
Sportello
Taranta
T.W. Food
And these are some of the restaurants I've been to before that I'd like to get back to this year...
ArtBar
Beacon Hill Bistro
The Beehive
Bergamot
The Blue Room
Eastern Standard
Henrietta's Table (for breakfast)
Il Casale
Island Creek Oyster Bar
Myers + Chang
Oleana
Russell House Tavern
The Salty Pig
Ten Tables (Cambridge)
Tico
I would also like to attend at least one farm dinner.
Clearly, trying to get to all of these restaurants is overly ambitious both in terms of time and money, but hopefully I can make a dent in my lists!
What restaurants are on your lists?

Love the list! I've only been to Bondir once, but it quickly became one of my favorite spots in Boston (okay, Cambridge). I've had 10 tables on my list for a few years, I need to finally make it happen in 2012! And I've been pretty disappointed with Trade. It's beautiful, but the foods just been meh for me.
My list includes Bondir, Temazcal, Ten Tables, and Hungry Mother. Just tried Sweet Cheeks and Trade!
I'm hoping I'll be joining you at some of these restaurants! :-)
I want to visit all the new ones on your list, too! I've been to Wahlburgers, actually, but never wrote a review. As far as the not so new, I have been to most and would happily go back!! Love that there are a couple north end spots on the list :)
Nice list. I was just thinking about that fact that I still haven't gotten to Sportello or T.W. Food either and have wanted to try both. I've been dying to get to Sweet Cheeks and Bondir as well.
Taranta might be my favorite restaurant in the North End!
That's a pretty impressive list .. and I only been to one (Sweet Cheeks) of your first set, but I have to confess I'm heading to Sportello tonight!
I want to get to Wahlburgers, The Beehive (only had drinks there), and I've still yet to go to Daedalus for brunch.
I need to make a list like this of my own. here are so many local (Phoenix suburb) restaurants I've been wanting to try and unless I make serious plans, I know they'll escape me. PS: I have a giveaway going on that I think you'll be in to!
even I've been to Craigie ;) GO: they have great brunch!
What a list! I definitely recommend Bondir and Mama Maria. I also want to try TW Food... Cambridge dinner date?!
This is awesome!!! I want to try TW Food too! I hear it's fabulous. Let's plan a date before I pop!
Love the list! Looking forward to your reviews. Was in Boston yesterday and tried Temazcal. Atmosphere is wonderful. Watch out though, if you sit under one of the speakers in the dining room as it does get difficult to hear. I had the steak tacos and they were just ok. Beef was very chewy and not well seasoned. I found that due to the lack of seasoning the corn tortilla was a little overpowering. My husband had the quesadillas and they were very good. Because friends had such a great meal previously and the location is great I will give it another try :).
That's sad about Trade. Maybe they're still working things out.
I had the best pork chop of my life at Ten Tables and one of my favorite desserts ever (chocolate terrine with Thai basil ice cream). You should definitely go!
Yes! Let's do it. Sounds like Emily wants to go too. :)
Yes, dinner date!
What did you think of Sportello?
I actually made it to Sweet Cheeks for lunch over the weekend. Already making some progress!
Can't wait for you to try Casa B! Ten Tables and TW Food are high on my list. I'd love to go with you
That's a great list of restaurants to try. My list always grows faster than I can mark things off of it.
I was JUST making my list -- Coppo, Toro, and Myers+Chang are up there too!
You've got some great places on here - lots of tried (and love), lots I need to get to. I made a similar list only of places I want to try this year, and it's a mile long! I love that our city has no shortage of great food.
I took a quick trip to Boston a couple weekends ago to visit a friend who lived a block away from Sweet Cheeks. OH MY WORD - that BBQ was incredible. If I lived in Boston, you would not be able to get me out of that place.
